Insurance Information
I am currently in-network with various insurance providers through Headway for individual therapy sessions only. I am happy to verify your benefits prior to scheduling an appointment.
If I do not accept your specific plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Rates
Individual Therapy Session: $150
Gender Affirming Care Letters: $100 (includes thorough assessment and letter)
Commitment to Accessibility: I believe that high-quality, affirming mental health care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. If my standard fees feel out of reach, please do not hesitate to reach out. I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who are experiencing financial hardship. If I am unable to accommodate your needs at this time, I am happy to provide referrals to lower-cost providers or community resources.
Assessments are currently private pay only at this time. Formal Assessments: Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations including a formal written report.
AuDHD: $1500
Autism: $950
ADHD: $750
Informal Assessments: Focus on self-discovery and clinical insight without a formal diagnostic report.
AuDHD: $600
Autism: $400
ADHD: $250
Payment Plans: I believe that cost should not be a barrier to better self-understanding. Payment plans are available for all assessment services to help make the process more accessible.
