  • Trauma isn’t just about what happened to you; it’s about how your body and mind held onto it to keep you safe. Whether you are dealing with acute trauma or chronic stressors that have left you feeling stuck, we work together to process these experiences at the root. I utilize an integrative approach that includes EMDR and Brainspotting for deep, nervous-system-level healing, alongside Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) to help you understand and harmonize the survival strategies your mind has developed over time.

  • In this space, we don’t fix neurodivergence - we honor it. Whether you are autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurospicy, I focus on helping you navigate a world built for neurotypical brains. We’ll work on identifying your unique sensory needs, managing executive dysfunction without the guilt, and dismantling the masking that often leads to burnout. This is a space to explore how your brain actually works and to build a life that accommodates your needs rather than constantly fighting against them.

  • You deserve a space where your identity is not just tolerated, but celebrated and understood. I provide a gender-affirming environment for individuals navigating transition, identity exploration, or the unique societal stressors that come with living outside the binary. My approach is collaborative and shame-free, offering support for everything from letter of readiness to navigating the emotional complexities of living authentically in a world that often demands conformity.

  • Eating is often more than just fuel - it’s sensory, social, and emotional. I specialize in working with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) using a CBT-ARFID framework. We move away from “picky eater” labels to address the root causes: sensory sensitivities, fears of aversive consequences, or a general lack of interest in eating. We work at your pace to expand safety and comfort around food using a compassionate, non-coercive approach that prioritizes your autonomy and nourishment.
